Clarke Pennington

Clarke grew up in South Carolina and currently reside on the Upper West Side in NYC. Clarke recently received his MBA from Columbia Business School and is pursuing a career in investing. Prior to CBS, Clarke spent 6 years at Deutsche Bank within the Investment Banking Division on the Strategic Equity Transaction Group where he structured bespoke equity-linked solutions including corporate equity derivatives, convertible debt, and margin loans. While obtaining his MBA, Clarke interned with a middle-market event-driven hedge fund that invests across the capital structure in NYC.
